Hendricks Photo was founded
in 1860 by Francis Hendricks
as an art supply and framing
store in downtown Syracuse,
New York.  Irving Savage
answered a newspaper ad
for employment there in
1880 and over a period
of many years purchased
the business.

Still in the
Savage family,
the business has
evolved into a true photo
specialty shop, featuring
sometimes hard to find items
like professional wedding
albums, folders, scrapbooks,
darkroom supplies, digital
peripherals, and used cameras
from antique to modern. 

We have recently closed our downtown retail location, but still have many items for sale, and will gladly order certain products for shipment or delivery.
